| WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
Within the Data department, the Data Science team is looking for a Change Manager with strong expertise in Data and AI/GenAI topics.
Under the Acceleration Team lead, the main responsibilities on this mission will be
- Develop and implement change management strategies and plans to support the adoption of AI and GenAI technologies within our organization;
- Monitor and evaluate the progress of change initiatives, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed;
- Lead and facilitate change management workshops to build awareness and understanding of AI and GenAI technologies among team members
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years experience in change management, in the field of Data/ AI (GenAI will be a big plus);
- Excellent communication skills, with fluency in English;
- Ability to work effectively in a global, multicultural environment, with a high degree of cultural sensitivity;
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders, and deliver results within tight deadlines
