As our Software Engineer/Java you'll support HID's success by :
HID Credential Management System is an on-premise server used by governments & large enterprises for issuing & managing high-assurance credentials.
Within the Engineering team, you contribute to develop the CMS product line in an Agile environment.
Contributing to :
- Java development
- Unit & integration tests implementation
- Troubleshooting & bug fixes
- Technical documentation
What we will love about your background :
- Strong experience with Java development
- Knowledge of RESTful APIs
- Nice to have :
- Experience with UI frameworks (Angular)
- Experience with C/C++
- Experience with automation (Jenkins, RobotFramework)
- Awareness of secure programming (OWASP Top 10, vulnerabilities)
- Knowledge of security aspects such as :
- Public Key Infrastructure
- JavaCard Smart Card
- Hardware Security Modules
- Knowledge of deployment environments such as :
- Java application servers (WildFly)
- Containers
Your Experience and Education include :
- Around 5 years of work experience with a Bachelor's Degree or an Advanced Degree (e.g. Masters, MBA, JD, MD, or PhD)
- Ability to effectively communicate in the English language, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to read and interpret technical journals, specifications, international technical standards, etc.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Familiar with operating systems, such as Windows, etc.
