What You Can Expect
As our Investment & Business Development Oversight Advisor, Every day you will actively engaged in organizing and preparing project reviews, leading critical investment decisions, and coordinating the approval process at the geographic level. This includes hands-on coordination with sub-GBU, GBU, and Group levels. You will BE expected to take charge of scheduling and coordinating all committees. As the pilot in driving meetings, you will BE responsible for meticulously recording meeting minutes and documenting decisions for all Business Development teams. Your overarching goal, day in and day out, is to maintain compliance within the group, leveraging your deep understanding of the Finance function. This requires a proactive approach to navigate through complex processes, uphold the highest standards of compliance, and ensure the BD team consistently delivers accurate documents. Your active involvement as our Advisor for Investment & Business Development plays a pivotal role in sustaining effective operations and adherence to regulatory standards on a daily basis. This role is open to being based in Houston, TX, or Southern CA.
What You'll Bring
- You hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Accounting, showcasing your proficiency in both business administration and accounting principles
- You have a minimum of seven (7) + years' of business or equivalent experience
- You have a minimum of two (2) years involved in the Energy solutions/services industry
- You enjoy leveraging your skills in finance, legal understanding, and project management
- You Excel as an analytical thinker and leader with an operational mindset, embracing a collaborative approach in your work
- You demonstrated an understanding of transaction impacts on financial statements
- You enjoy fostering teamwork and achieving collective goals
Additional Details
- This role is eligible for our hybrid work policy
- May BE required to travel domestically to company events and trainings
- Must BE willing and able to comply with ENGIE's policy with respect to COVID vaccination and testing

Compensation
Salary Range : $112, 000 - $172, 000 USD annually
This represents the average expected pay range for a qualified candidate.
Actual offered salary may depend on geography, experience, industry knowledge, education, internal pay alignment, or other bona fide factors.

In addition to base pay, this position is eligible for a competitive bonus / incentive plan.
