We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced engineer to join our team as a Lead Benchmarking Engineer (H/F) . The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting fuel cell system benchmarks, analyzing data, and providing insight on product performance drivers. He/she will work with a network of internal and external experts to strengthen Symbio’s benchmarking practice. The ideal candidate will have experience in fuel cell system testing, data analysis, and benchmarking.

Located at Symbio's headquarters, you will report to the Strategy Manager and contribute to the definition of Symbio’s product strategy.

Responsibilities:

• Define fuel cell system benchmarking strategy.
• Conduct fuel cell system benchmarks and analyze data.
• Work with cross-functional teams inside and outside Symbio to identify areas for improvement and provide recommendations.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• 5+ years of experience in fuel cell system testing or technical benchmarking
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and to act as coordinator of an expert network
• Experience with fuel cell system modeling and simulation is a plus
