We are currently looking for a permanent position of Group Pricing Director (m/f/d) located in Western Europe (flexible), ideally in Obernai (France) or Blieskastel (Germany).
Mission
- Develop, define, implement and maintain group pricing processes, guidelines and tools for local and international strategic pricing projects
- Shape the future of group pricing and lead the central team and local pricing network
- Maintain and develop group & local rolling 18 month pricing roadmaps
- Define, steer and enforce roadmap roll-out plans
- Audit support and control local compliance with roadmaps, conduct regular feedback loop to improve monitor status
- Define pricing KPIs, dashboards for roadmaps and steer monitoring of implementation success
- Communicate updates and improvements of blueprints roadmaps
- Share pricing knowledge and success stories in Hager Group
Profile
Education & functional skills
- Master’s Degree
- Around 5-10 years of experience in B2B pricing preferably in indirect business
- Experience in strategic consulting or B2B sales organisation
- Proven track record of high profit value orientation
- Very good understanding of pricing concepts and systems
- Good spoken and written language skills in English
- Profound project management experience
- Sales experience is preferable
Soft Skills
- Excellent communication, presentation and change management skills
- Analytical skills and excellent knowledge of data analysis tool capabilities
- Willingness to travel
