Retail Transactions Team Lead

Role and Responsibilities:
- Identify and foster new and current client relationships with developers and retailers
- Focus on leasing and closing retail transactions
- Participate in business development and leasing transaction initiatives
- Utilize existing connections and network to drive new business
- Collection from clients and ensuring completion of financial transactions
- Oversee leasing/acquisition process from start to finish
- Conduct supply/demand analysis financial modeling and target identification
- Negotiate and coordinate legal and commercial due diligence
- Understand client needs and offer suitable options
- Engage with clients through meetings presentations and followup
- Achieve annual goals for the team
- Mentor and provide direction to the team
- Travel to remote locations for business purposes
Candidate Qualifications:
- 1012 years of experience in retail sales and leasing
- Graduate degree in hotel management real estate or business administration
- Minimum 3 years of team management experience
- Strong connection with local developers
- Minimum 8 years of experience in the real estate sector
Required Skills:
- Retail sales and leasing experience
- Knowledge of ideal sites for malls and retail showrooms
- Understanding of negotiation and lease contracts
- Established connections with mall developers and retail chains
- Strong communication and analytical skills
