Mission Highlights (Purpose of the job)
As our first Production Manager, you will have the honored role of spearheading the development of immersive 3D AI Avatars, creating the role from scratch, coordinating and overseeing our art team throughout production. You will play a foundational role to guarantee quality, graphic and creative consistency across the whole international teams.
Your creativity and project management skills will empower you to directly share your artistic and leadership perspective with the brand, bringing our powerful brand messaging to life, captivating audiences.

- Create the art direction bible/internal guidelines of our app,
- Develop a strong visual identity,
- Supervise stylized artistic production,

Responsibilities
- Manage, orient and support the art team across geographies and expertise,
- Build and maintain communication between departments and fellow associates on developing shared workflows,
- Keep a keen eye on details and ensure things don't slip through the cracks. Drive progress on projects and help teams move their projects towards the finish line,
- Evolve production through innovation, optimizing workflows and artistic output while ensuring the creation of world-class quality content,
- Lead pre-production planning and post production (review, correction…),
- Provide leadership and constructive feedback to the team (internal and external) as well as to the management team to achieve high quality,
- Cultivate strategic partnerships across disciplines throughout development,
- Set and find the right balance between artistic aspects and technical constraints in collaboration with concept artists
Competencies (Profile)
You have prior successful experience (minimum 5 years) working as an Production Manager or Production Coordinator within the gaming industry, building complex and extremely detailed products as well as ensuring strong project management.
You have developed deep knowledge and expertise with 3D production pipelines, art fundamentals and artistic culture. You are familiar with constantly changing expertise like modeling, texturing, rigging and environment creation.
We"re using Unity as the engine at the end of the line because we"re developing a real time mobile application using 3D. We"re using Maya and ZBrush to do the modeling.
You are a solution-oriented individual with a passion for game development and project management. You are meticulous, organized, and share an entrepreneurial mindset.
