To support this growth, we are seeking an experienced Industrialization Quality Leader to contribute actively to this new phase of advancement.
Your role on the project:
- Ensure the Voice of the Customer is effectively translated and prioritized in terms of criticality for parts and sub-assemblies.
- Oversee the implementation of the 10 Industrialization quality fundamentals.
- Provide guidance and training to the project team on methods and tools necessary to achieve robustness, capability, and effective quality risk management.
- Identify and report any quality risks to project management.
- Lead problem-solving efforts within the OLM to address escalated quality issues.
- Facilitate the transfer of quality documentation to the plant responsible for parts and processes.
Process / Part :
- Lead Process and reverse FMEA activities and ensure proper follow-up.
- Advocate for the customer by challenging RPN levels in PFMEA without any occurrences of black or red levels.
- Lead Process Qualification through accurate Capability studies.
- Identify mandatory requirements for each process line and ensure their completion.
- Manage Critical-to-Quality (CTQ) and Critical-to-Process (CTP) parameters from acquisition to control phases.
- Collaborate on APQP (PPAP) activities.
- Conduct audits of internal and external processes.
- Ensure the implementation of all quality measures to protect customers.
