Objective of this position: Ensure labour procedures and policies are in place and improve the quality of all Employee Relations (Spain, France and UK).

Duties and Responsibilities

• Supporting the definition and implementation of the compensation strategy & plans and continuously apply the continuous improvement best practice
• Apply internal benefit system with an accurate advice
• Supporting as the expert and primary point of contact for all matters related to executive remuneration in France and give support in Spain and UK
• Offering support and guidance to HR Manager as well as senior executives regarding executive employee relations matters
• Partnering with external vendors to bring best-in-class external executive remuneration practices
• Partnering with internal stakeholders such as TA Specialist, Legal, and Finance to ensure the effectiveness and compliance of our current programs and projects in HR
• Ensure the accuracy of HR data by providing the support to our Administrative people to keep professionalism and reliability
• Provide mentorship to the Human Resources Administrator related to Employee Lifecycle, including payroll, automations, health insurance, onboarding, offboarding, permissions, and vacation management
• Build up strong policies according to Employee Relations

Education

• Degree Related to Employee Relations
• Labour Relations Master is a plus
• Data Analysis is a plus

Job Experience

• Previous experience in People Analytics is a plus

Professional knowledge

• A minimum of 5 years experience in HR departments
• Fluent level of French is mandatory
• Medium level of Excel (tablas dinámicas)
• International experience
