Are you an enthusiastic HR professional with lots of energy and a positive attitude? Then we are looking forward to receiving your application. For our Insights Division in France, we are looking for a senior HR Business Partner (m/f/d) with experience within a global matrix organization.
This is the role
As the HR Business Partner for France, you will be the point of contact for HR issues within the company. Working with our HR Director CSE, Finance, Business Partners, Centers of Expertise (COEs) and work council, you will ensure that our HR strategy is implemented by working closely with the business and translating commercial concerns into people initiatives. You will build solid relationships with key stakeholders in France, the global organization as well as work council committees and be interested in taking on projects when needed.
Your main missions
Your objective will be to promote and offer HR initiatives and build a trust with employees in order to create unity and a company culture.
- Be the point of contact and interact closely with the works council. You"ll have to create a close relationship and offer ideas, solutions, and feedback to them regularly
- Support our Insights HR Director in the implementation of the Insights HR strategy and programs, the targeted development of modern HR initiatives and all activities in the HR annual cycle
- Set HR priorities through targeted use of HR data and analytics
- Supporting our transformation and change activities to build resilience, leadership and communication skills in the organization
- Create and implement development and training plans to support business strategy and transformation and promote a learning culture
- Promote employer branding activities in close coordination with the TA and marketing team
- Communicate and promote news and initiatives to employees
- Work closely with the global COE teams on the overarching HR agenda (Talent Acquisition, Learning & Leadership, Total Reward, Labor Relations, ...) and implement in the region
- Planning and implementation of KES measures (employee surveys) and activities derived from them

Your profile
- Master's degree in human resources, human resources management, business administration, organizational design or a similar subject area
- You have at least 10 to 12 years" experience in a similar position
- Used to deal with multiple tools (workday, internal websites…)
- Relevant professional experience as an HR Business Partner in a multinational environment
- Experience in global matrix organizations and working with multiple stakeholders and topics
- Strong experience of legislation, labour laws and all HR related topics
- Strong experience in building relationship and work with work council
- Experience in performance management and talent development
- Fluent in French and English
- Soft skills: metrix driven, strong communication skills (written and verbal), adaptable, organized, capacity to work on multiple projects, leadership, creative
