We are looking for an experienced SAP Program Manager to join our local LTIMindtree team in Paris, France OR in Toulouse, France. Your role will be to assist a set of our French clients in their SAP transformation journey, acting as a senior advisor and leading their projects locally with the support of our global SAP delivery capabilities.
You role will be focusing on our wider SAP programs, where strategic vision, partnership with stakeholders such as client and offshore teams are critical. It is a billable role, where you will be assigned to manage such programs and projects within a client of our Manufacturing & Aerospace portfolio. You will be contributing to the success of these projects and back our partnership with this client.
This role is key in our strategy, as you will be pivotal to ensure the growth of our revenue with existing clients by demonstrating our advisory capabilities, and delivering the right solution for their transformation journey in the long run.
You will be part of our SAP Global Practice (9,000+), and have the opportunity to grow in our organization to take more responsibilities as part of your career progression. You will work closely with the stakeholders of the client account you will be assigned to, such as our France Sales Team and our France Delivery Team.
Your area of intervention will be in the Paris area and Toulouse area, with possible national/international short trips if the requirement arise in a customer project.
We offer flexible remote working rules, but please be advised that this role is customer facing, and will therefore need frequent visit to our clients office & Paris office.
The interview process, after initial discussion with our Talent Acquisition team, will include a Technical Interview, with a SAP Architect or existing Program Manager and a Business Interview, with the Account Team and Delivery team of France for Manufacturing & Aerospace.
You should have a strong experience in SAP Project & Program Management, with a track record in implementation, AMS and migration projects with various SAP products. Ideally, you also have a first experience with S/4HANA and its challenges.
You should be capable of leading a global team and guide them in designing a solution/project on the SAP involving complex business challenges, such as carve-outs, interfacing projects, roll-in, roll-out, consolidation, upgrade projects.
You must have a solid track record of working with offshore teams and understand well the benefits and challenges of a global delivery model.
You should have solid references with clients in the manufacturing & aerospace industry, and understand well their specific business challenges. We are open to candidates with more diverse experience if it is compatible with this industry.
To succeed in this role, we estimate that a minimum of 12 years of experience as a SAP Project and/or Program Manager is needed. We are however open to profiles with shorter but meaningful experiences.
