Environmental Project Manager H/F

The Walt Disney Company's Environmental Strategy has set ambitious targets for 2030 on its 5 pillars : Emissions, Water, Waste, Materials and Sustainable Construction.

As the guarantor of the company's environmental strategy, the Environment Department's mission is to define and develop the environmental strategy of the Disneyland Paris destination, in line with local regulations.

Reporting to the Environment Manager, the Project Manager's mission is to coordinate projects of varying scale on the theme of reducing our environmental footprint. He represents the department vis-à-vis internal stakeholders. Its role is to drive, prioritize and prioritize actions and carry IT out with the aim of reducing the company's environmental impact. He also ensures that environmental projects take into account the company's requirements.

Main activities :

Contribute to the development and updating of the environmental strategy within Disneyland Paris and ensure compliance with its implementation, BE a source of proposals and monitor the results of the daily activity by ensuring the satisfaction of customers/visitors.

Environment Strategy
- Environmental impact assessment : Analyze the different processes and products to identify environmental impacts and define areas for improvement.
- Eco-responsible design : Collaborate with design teams to integrate ecological criteria from the design phase of products, services, or infrastructure.
- Technological and regulatory watch : Ensure a constant watch on technological advances and regulatory developments in the field of eco-design.
- Internal coordination : Work closely with the different departments (R&D, Production, Marketing) to implement eco-responsible solutions.
- Training and awareness-raising : Raise awareness of the challenges of eco-design and provide the necessary training for the implementation of good practices.
- External communication : Participate in the company's external communication by highlighting eco-design initiatives and meeting environmental transparency requirements.
- Develop strategies to achieve our Sustainable Development Goals. Strategies to focus on material selection and product innovation.
- Coordinate external consultants as required. Lead the production of studies and evaluations.

2) Project Management
- The coordinator is responsible for the projects under his/her responsibility, under the supervision of the environmental manager.

- Administrative

The coordinator may also, under the responsibility of the Environment Manager, BE involved in other projects that are part of the destination's environmental strategy.

Your profile :
- Training in Bac +4 / 5 in Engineering or Business School (Environment, Science, Law)
- Expertise reporting ESG
- Expertise Carbon Footprint ADEME & GHG Protocol Methodology
- Languages (Read/Written/Spoken) : Fluent French (C1) and Intermediate/Advanced English (B2) with excellent writing skills (summary notes in French/English and PowerPoint presentations) (Guidelines, SOPs in French and English).
- Legal knowledge as well as knowledge of the international context at the level of the environment (AGEC Laws, Climate and Resilience, ELAN, SDG, IPCC) are required
- You have been specialized for 8 to 10 years in expertise, consulting and project management in environmental and regulatory matters.
- Good team player, curious, good analytical, problem-solving and anticipatory skills
- Ability to also work independently and collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
