Mandatory Skills:

1. 8 years of experience with PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
2. 8 years of experience with PeopleCode and Application Packages
3. 8 years of experience with Application Engine COBOL and SQR
4. 8 years of experience with (at least 7) Production support expertise as a Functional expert with technical knowledge
5. 8 years of experience with Advanced SQL and PL/SQLAdvanced SQL and PL/SQL
6. 8 years of experience with (at least 5) Implementation/upgrade experience
7. 8 years of experience with Skill in PeopleCode SQL analysis tools & explain plans PeopleTools and PeopleSoft debugging
8. 8 years of experience with Knowledge in migration of objects/projects to production.
9. 8 years of experience with Knowledge and understanding of writing and testing code.
10. 8 years of experience with information technology standards practices and project lifecycle.
11. 8 years of experience with troubleshoot and problem solve technical issues in a complex system environment.
12. 8 years of experience with develop technical reporting develop work plans track progress and provide oral and written status reports
13. 8 years of experience with PS Queries
14. 8 years of experience writing Functional Design Documents and validate with business customer
15. 8 years of experience Analyzing functional design requirements
16. 8 years of experience with Microsoft O365 applications (Word Excel PowerPoint Teams Visio)

Desirable Skills:

1. 2 years of experience with Comptroller of Public Accounts (CPA) CAPPS Financials State of Texas Baseline on PeopleSoft FSCM 9.2
2. 2 years of experience with Development in PeopleSoft GL AP or PO modules
3. 1 year of experience Working with the Scrum or Scrumban process
4. 1 year of experience Working with the STAT migration tool
5. 1 year of experience Working with the Tivoli scheduling tool
