We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Switzerland, specializing in the cash business, including Euro and foreign currency. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and growing our corporate client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with other companies to expand our presence in the market. Your efforts will play a critical role in achieving annual revenue goals and maintaining strong customer relationships.

What are you going to do?

Client Relationship Management:

• Maintain and nurture existing client relationships to ensure high levels of client satisfaction and retention.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing their needs and providing solutions.
• Monitor client accounts and proactively address any issues or concerns.

Revenue Growth:

• Develop and implement strategies to generate new business and grow annual revenue.
• Identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities within existing client accounts.
• Achieve annual revenue targets ranging from 250,000 to 300,000 CHF.

Market Expansion:

• Research and identify potential new ATM locations and partnerships in Switzerland to expand the business.
• Actively prospect and secure new ATM spots to increase market presence.
• Seek out joint ventures (JV) and collaboration opportunities with other companies to enhance the cash business.

Data Analysis:

• Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to make informed decisions.
• Utilize data to create reports, forecast revenue, and adjust strategies as needed.

Are you the new colleague that...

• Has proven experience in account management, sales, or business development in the cash or financial industry.
• Has strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Has an analytical mindset with the ability to use data for decision-making.
• Has an understanding of the Euro and foreign currency markets is a plus.
• Has knowledge of the Swiss financial regulations and market dynamics.
• Is fluent in Swiss, English and German (additional languages are a plus).
