We are currently looking for an Industrialization Manager for a Business Unit specializing in the design, development and marketing of industrial products dedicated to wildlife observation.

The project :

Your mission will BE to change the department's production from an artisanal mode to an industrial mode, and to manage IT as a real profit center. You will have to improve manufacturing processes and develop new products, while cooperating with their German partners to integrate innovative IT tools.

The workshop team is made up of 6 employees and also supports the design offices in the management of other projects. Today, the profitability of this Business Unit pushes my client to take IT to a higher level.

To do this, your missions will have all the following dimensions : Management and Industrialization of Production, Improvement of Methods and Processes, HR and Management.

- Evaluate, define and establish guidelines for the maintenance and production of each process.
- Support the pre-production process and the launch of industrial manufacturing of new products.
- Develop and implement monitoring and analysis tools such as dashboards and graphs.
- Contribute to the improvement and development of methods and products used in manufacturing processes.
- Supervise and motivate team members, taking charge of local HR aspects with the support of the human resources department.
- Carefully select suppliers, subcontractors and service providers necessary for operations.
- Provide regular and comprehensive reports on performance indicators, in collaboration with other departments.
- Contribute to the constant improvement of internal methods and tools, in coordination with regional and general management. Required profile :

Bac +5 diploma in Engineering, with significant experience in industrialization.
Mastery of CAD/DAO, CFAO, ERP software, etc.
Problem-solving, team, and project management skills.
Excellent communication and adaptation skills.
Fluent in written and spoken English and German.
