Your mission :
- With the Product Manager, you are designing the new features and improvements of the DiliTrust Governance Suite. From the Problem discovery to the delivery of the solution, you can assist the product team in finding the best solutions to address real
problems faced by our clients in the simplest way possible.
- Identify and prioritize user pain points during the user research with the ProductManager or for UX improvements, you can prepare and conduct user interviews toidentify and prioritize key problems to solve. You can break down these issues intosmaller problems to continuously enhance the value of the DiliTrust suite.
- On a quarterly basis, you oversee the design of each solution of your squad, and youare applying the UX/UI best practices. You are skilled in designing efficient userjourneys, creating low-def and hi-def mockups, and prototyping solutions. Yourcomprehensive understanding of our software suite allows you to envision solutionsapplicable to all our modules.
- You design solutions using a Design system and you can maintain and evolve it
- During the delivery phasis, with the Product Manager you are the interlocutors ofyour developer's squad and you oversee the review of your solutions before therelease.
- Under the supervision of the Lead Product Designer, you contribute to build andsuccessfully develop DiliTrust's design system to standardize the user experienceacross our product suite. You also have some knowledge of mobile design.
- Measure the effectiveness and impact of your solutions.
You know how to conduct usability tests and customer interviews to assess therelevance of your solutions with our clients. You are familiar with data and canestablish KPIs for the success of your solutions and measure their impact.
Your profile:
- You have at least 2 years of experience as a Product Designer specializing in UX/UI ina SaaS company
- You are curious, empathetic, and motivated to bring to the user the best solutionsfor SaaS.
- You can manage your work time and establish your priorities.
- You are eager to join an efficient and cohesive Product team.
- You want to be part of an international project.
You are fluent in French
- You are comfortable communicating in English (client interviews, documentation,internal meetings) : all our internal meetings are in english as well as the userinterviews.
- If you are spanish or italian fluent, it could be a big added value :)
- You master Figma.

experiences. This is also an opportunity for us to provide detailed information aboutthe mission and answer all your questions.
- A practical case is offered to gain insight into your expertise, methodology, and skills.The presentation of this practical case will be done with the Chief Product Officerand a Product Designer.
