Mars Petcare is rapidly advancing its Digital Transformation. We're looking for a Finance Transformation Lead to join our team and spearhead the journey to design and build brand new business ecosystem with a Core based on SAP S/4HANA ERP.
The person in this role will operate globally with a primary focus to design and build CORE ERP and integrated EDGE systems in Finance domain (SAP FICO) through partnering with Finance Business leaders, other domains subject matter experts of the Transformation organization and third parties.
What are we looking for?
- Graduated from a Business School, or Degree from leading university
- Expertise and Experience in design and build SAP S/4HANA ERP system , subject meter expert or consultant or similar role in projects to implement SAP FICO
- Knowledge in Accounts Payable (FI-AP, FI-TR) and Product Costing (CO-PC, FI-AA)
- Excellent Analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management abilities
- Strong project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to navigate a complex and matrixed organizational landscape
What will be your key responsibilities?
- Lead design and build of brand new ERP system in Record-to-Report functional domain
- Participate and contribute into Record-to-Report solutions design, adhering corporate standards, including Finance Data model, Integration points and reporting requirements
- Navigate and coordinate third party System Integrator to deliver solutions built in accordance with the design
- Carry out activities to configure software packages and/or manage technical resources or vendors during execution phases of the project
- Collaborate with peers from other End-to-End processes, e.g. Procure-to-Pay to design seamless cross-functional processes within ERP
- Support Deployment teams on Roll-out stage of the program ang govern Template to balance required level of change and protect the core design
