Mandated by Mazars Global Executive Board, the Technology & digital solutions team is leading Mazars digital transformation to unleash the next stage of Mazars growth. Specifically, the transformation will allow easier collaboration across geographies, quicker scalable service offering to clients in a safe, modern and sustainable way. As a result, Mazarians will enjoy a seamless experience and deliver more value to clients every day.
To reach these goals, Technology & digital solutions transformation programme aims at consolidating the IT operations from a multi-local model spread across 99+ countries into a global model. This includes the infrastructure and the operating model design needed to support Mazars business, people and clients now and in the future.

IT Operations Manager

The Cloud Platform product team is responsible for designing and building Azure landing zones at global enterprise scale with a multi-subscription Azure environment that accounts for scale, security, governance, compliance, networking, and identity. The team provisions and manages Azure subscriptions, Azure PaaS- and IaaS services, and assess new Azure services and other cloud technologies. The team has a close collaboration with colleagues from Global Information Security and Compliance, to continually improve the security posture for all compute workloads.
We are looking for a seasoned and dynamic Operations Manager to oversee our IT Infrastructure & Operations and play a crucial role in elevating the success of our expansive digital transformation and pave a path to unprecedented operational excellence.

Key responsibilities

Ensure the day-to-day operations of the IT environment are effectively and efficiently managed, aligning with the strategic objectives of the organisation.
· Monitoring and Performance Management:
Implement and oversee comprehensive monitoring solutions for all IT systems, ensuring optimal performance and availability. Define critical metrics for the operations and regularly report to key stakeholders.
· KPIs and SLAs Management:
Develop, implement, and manage Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) to consistently meet or exceed service and performance standards.
· Incident and Problem Management:
Lead the resolution of major incidents, ensuring minimal business impact and conducting post-incident reviews to identify areas for improvement.
· Change Management:
Manage the change control process, ensuring that changes to IT systems are conducted in a planned and approved manner.
· Vendor Management:
Manage relationships with key vendors and service providers, ensuring contracts align with organisational needs and performance standards are met or exceeded.

Continuously assess and improve IT operational processes and procedures for greater efficiency and effectiveness.

Work closely with the cybersecurity team to ensure that everything that we do is secure by design, and that best practices are integrated into operational procedures.
