Job description
For our location in Hamburg, we are looking for a highly organized team player to join our Fragrances department and one of our Key account teams as a Junior Marketing Manager Fragrances (2 -year contract).
Your Responsibilities :
- Create template and structure of strategic presentations, cross category, Laundry & Home Care as well as Beauty Care brand overarching presentations for one of our Key Account, by requesting and cumulating content either from our headquarter or other MANE international departments (marketing, Consumer Insights, Innovation, Regulatory, etc.). Harmonize the content to meet our design and format requirements.
- Support the commercial team in creating project presentations.
- Actively participate in the organization of client workshops with support from Headquarters or other international MANE locations, as well as in the organization of client trade fairs, together with the commercial team.
- Track and buy our client's new launches in Laundry & Home Care and ensure the distribution of the information within the defined team.
- Build and update our client's brand portfolio overview.
- Inform our Headquarters category departments about interesting launches in our client's cross category portfolio.
Profil :
Your Profile :
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education in marketing, consumer research, communications, or design. Alternatively, creative education and qualification with focus on marketing, consumer research or design.
- Olfactive experience is an advantage.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in a marketing role in the FMCG, flavour and fragrance or closely related industries.
- Minimum 2 years' experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing or CI projects including the desk-top design and personal delivery of presentations.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written), fluency in German preferred.
- Proficient use of MS Office, knowledge of relevant Apple programs (key notes, pages, numbers)
- Social web/digital media affinity
- Image processing skills in Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva
- Curious, outgoing, and well-organized personality, creative and imaginative mind.
- Commercial acumen, excellent analytical as well as personal presentation skills.
- The position holder has frequent contact with customers, which requires 10 to 20% travelling.
