Vos missions ?
En tant que Senior Manager IT, vous serez chargé-e de piloter la stratégie et l'implémentation de nos systèmes de reporting ESG. Vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la réponse aux attentes de reporting environnemental, social et de gouvernance (ESG) en raison de régulations croissantes telles que la loi AGEC ou le Green Deal européen. Votre expertise aidera à façonner une infrastructure IT robuste et sécurisée, alliant innovation et conformité, en étroite collaboration avec notre direction des données.
Votre talent réside dans votre capacité à :
- Comme il s'agit d'une création de poste, vous devrez définir la stratégie de reporting ESG et superviser son implémentation ;
- Collaborer avec divers départements, y compris Facilities, Operations, Lodging, Food, Merchandising, Finance et Procurement, pour centraliser la collecte de données ESG ;
- Assurer l'intégrité de notre cybersécurité tout en répondant aux besoins de conformité ;
- Engager un dialogue constructif avec les parties prenantes internes et externes sur les enjeux ESG.

Vos atouts pour réussir ?
Vous êtes notre candidat-e idéal-e pour ce poste si vous possédez :
- Une expérience de plus de 10 ans dans un rôle de manager dans la gestion de projets IT, avec un focus sur l'environnement, le reporting ESG et la gestion de la donnée, dans un environnement international ;
- Une compréhension poussée des régulations environnementales et de leur impact sur les systèmes d'entreprise ;
- Une expertise technique en informatique, notamment en architecture de données et business intelligence ;
- Une maîtrise avérée de logiciels et outils de reporting ESG tels que Intelex, Enablon, Datamaran, Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability, Workiva ou Salesforce Net Zero Cloud, qui sont au coeur de nos systèmes informatiques dédiés. Votre expérience approfondie avec un ou plusieurs de ces outils vous permettra de collecter, d'analyser et de présenter des données ESG qui influencent les décisions stratégiques de l'entreprise.
- Une expertise méthodologique via une certification ou une formation avancée en gestion de projets, telle que PMP ou Prince 2, ou en méthodologies agiles comme Scrum.
Vous savez interagir à l'écrit comme à l'oral, en français (niveau B2) et en anglais (niveau C1).

Your missions?
As Senior Manager IT, you will BE responsible for driving the strategy and implementation of our ESG reporting systems. You will play a key role in meeting the expectations of environmental, social and governance (ESG) reporting due to increasing regulations such as the AGEC law or the European Green Deal. Your expertise will help shape a robust and secure IT infrastructure, combining innovation and compliance, in close collaboration with our data department.
Your talent lies in your ability to :
- As this is a new position, you will define the ESG reporting strategy and oversee its implementation;
- Collaborate with various departments, including Facilities, Operations, Lodging, Food, Merchandising, Finance and Procurement, to centralize ESG data collection;
- Ensure the integrity of our cybersecurity while meeting compliance needs;
- Engage in constructive dialogue with internal and external stakeholders on ESG issues.

The keys to your success?
You are our ideal candidate for this position if you have :
- Over 10 years' experience in a managerial role managing IT projects, with a focus on the environment, ESG reporting and data management, in an international environment;
- A thorough understanding of environmental regulations and their impact on business systems;
- Technical expertise in IT, particularly in data architecture and business intelligence;
- Proven mastery of ESG reporting software and tools such as Intelex, Enablon, Datamaran, Microsoft Cloud for Sustainability, Workiva or Salesforce Net Zero Cloud, which are at the heart of our dedicated IT systems. Your in-depth experience with one or more of these tools will enable you to collect, analyze and present ESG data that influences the company's strategic decisions.
- Methodological expertise through certification or advanced training in project management, such as PMP or Prince 2, or in agile methodologies such as Scrum.
You are able to interact both orally and in writing, in French (B2 level) and English (C1 level).
