Mitsubishi UFJ Investor Services and Banking (Luxembourg) S.A. MIBL provides a wide range of financial services to institutional investors including depositary, custody, fund administration and other banking-related services. MIBL now has an opening in its Fund Administration Department for a: Transfer Agency Officer (Permanent Contract) (Ref: TAO 01/2024) Responsibilities: Carrying out the oversight controls on the registrar and communication agent functions of funds outsourced by MUFG Investor Services Luxembourg to other MUFG Investor Services offices abroad; Taking part in the oversight controls on investor's AML/KYC; Assisting senior members of the Luxembourg Fund Administration Department with the identification of all local requirements in relation to registrar and communication agent functions, including investors' AML/KYC checks, depending on the client fund's legal structuring and ensuring such requirements are comply with; Acting as a point of contact for the MUFG Investor Services Investor Operations' teams carrying out the registrar and communication agent tasks delegated to them; Cooperate with other members of the department in their respective fields of activity; Closely work with the MUFG Investor Services teams in order to meet all legal requirements and provide a high level of client services. Your profile: Academic degree in Finance or Law; Strong organizational skills; Minimum of two years of experience in transfer agency services or investor AML/KYC; Good communication and team working skills; Proactive and problem solving attitude; Knowledge of the Luxembourg fund industry would be an asset; Good command of MS Office suite; Fluency in English, any other language such as German, French or Japanese would be an asset.
