En tant que chef de projet Supply Chain axé sur le transport, vos principaux objectifs sont de fournir aux pays une expertise métier en matière de transport et de les aider à améliorer leurs performances (qualité, coûts, délais...).
Ce que nous vous proposons :
- Assister la direction des opérations logistiques dans la définition de la stratégie de transport du groupe (modèles opérationnels, systèmes...) et dans le but de concevoir des solutions de haute qualité et rentables.
- Développer les synergies, les meilleures pratiques et la création de valeur grâce à la coopération et à la mutualisation pertinente entre les filiales.
- Être responsable de la mise en œuvre de nouveaux modèles, processus, systèmes de transport, etc., au sein des filiales.
- Soutenir les responsables du transport au niveau national, les directeurs Supply Chain et leur équipe dans leurs actions/projets prioritaires à mettre en œuvre.
- Suivre et communiquer régulièrement les succès et progrès (performance opérationnelle, réalisations budgétaires, etc.).
- En tant que chef de projet, mener à bien des projets spécifiques de transport (coordonner et achever les projets dans les délais, dans le budget et dans le cadre défini).
Ce que nous recherchons :
- Formation supérieure Bac+4/5 universitaire/master en supply chain et transport.
- Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans les opérations de transport et la gestion de projets.
- Connaissance et expérience de différents cadres de gestion de projets, y compris waterfall, agile, Kanban, Prince 2, etc.
- Certification Product Owner/Agile, certification en gestion de projet, de préférence
- Capacité à collaborer, à établir des relations solides et à communiquer efficacement avec les parties prenantes internes et externes, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
- Excellentes compétences en animation de réunions, ateliers et conférences.
- Compétences analytiques et Problem solver.
- Orienté résultats.
- Proactivité, autonomie.
- Anglais courant.

As a supply chain project manager focusing on transportation, your main objectives are to provide countries with business expertise in transportation and to help them to improve their performance (quality, costs).
YOUR MISSIONS:
- Assist Logistics operation management in the definition of the Group transportation strategy (operations models, systems…). Aiming to design high quality and cost-effective solutions.
- Animate Synergies, best practices and value creation through cooperation and relevant pooling between countries.
- Be responsible for the implementation of new transportation models, processes, systems… across the countries
- Support the country transport managers and SC directors and his/her team in their priority actions/projects to be implemented.
- Monitor & communicate regularly progress (operational performance, costs budget achievements …)
- Be responsible for the implementation of new transportation models, processes, systems… across the countries
YOUR PROFILE:
- Master degree in supply chain & transport
- Minimum 5 years of experience in transport Operations and Project Management
- Product Owner/Agile certification, PM certification and ability to work effectively and collaboratively in a multi-cultural environment
- Solid business & IT Supply Chain environment understanding / knowledge
- Knowledge and experience of with different project management frameworks, including waterfall, agile, Kanban, Prince 2, etc...
- Ability to collaborate, build strong relationships and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, both orally and in writing
- Excellent meeting, workshop and conference facilitation skills
- Employs strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage shifting priorities, demands and timelines.
- Attitude / Positivism, can-do attitude with the ability to succeed in a fast-paced work environment.
- Results-oriented
- Pro-activity, autonomy
- Fluent in English
