Senior IT Support Engineer – 12 Month Contract (Extension Available) - Paris, France – Onsite
We are currently seeking a seasoned Senior IT Support Engineer to join our client in Paris, France. If you have extensive experience in IT support, including client technologies, audio-visual systems, and desktop support, we encourage you to apply.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead IT support for Senior Global Leaders, drive technology initiatives, and ensure a seamless daily experience for our clients.
Note – The candidate must be fluent in French or be able to communicate to a professional standard.

Senior IT Support Engineer Requirements

• Proficiency in MAC OS, iOS, Windows, Office 365, MS Teams, Video Conferencing (Zoom), and conference room design with AV integration
• Proven leadership skills and ability to adapt responsibilities based on strategic business needs
• Experience with End User Computing (EUC) technologies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customer interaction and support across various local IT services, prioritizing client technologies, LAN, wireless, AV, conference room setups, telepresence, mobile, and physical connectivity
• Collaborate closely with IT teams to ensure Senior Global Leader readiness for new technology introductions, fostering effective communication and planning
• Provide premium audio-visual support, acting as an escalation point for service issues and managing third-party service providers as required to meet business needs

Rate: €200 - €250 per day
