As a Senior Partnerships Lead at Qonto, your mission will be to d rive acquisition through external partners, contributing to growing Qonto Italy customer base and revenues, while improving our local customers’ experience.

You will directly report toMariano, our Managing Director Italy, and work closely with the Growth, Ops, Strategy, and Product teams .

As a Partnerships Lead at Qonto, you will:

Define and execute the Italian partnerships' business strategy, demonstrating top-notch strategic thinking and methodology, data-driven decision-making capabilities, and a hands-on approach to execution.

Drive Qonto’s growth: Identify opportunities aligned with Qonto and potential partners' customers, utilizing strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals, and taking ownership of the entire Go-To-Market with the support of the team (storytelling, customer offers, business models, tracking, marketing, communication plans, and cost and impact analysis)

Develop a strong Partnership Team: Ensure the team is appropriately staffed, setting the conditions for success, and promoting a performance mindset by empowering your team and avoiding silos.

About your future manager

Your will report to Mariano , our Managing Director Italy;

His background: Mariano has diverse background in leading and expanding business operations. With nearly five years of experience at Qonto, he have played a pivotal role in establishing and managing Qonto's presence in Italy.

What he can bring to the team: Mariano brings a wealth of experience in leadership, strategy, knowledge of growing businesses in various aspects, and team management. He has proven track record of success, particularly in fast-growing environments, making him an invaluable asset to guide and support your professional journey within Qonto.

About You

Partnerships Experience: You developed diverse channel partnerships within a product-led environment FinTech or Tech sector , encompassing business development, deal execution, and comprehensive Go-to-Market strategies, showcasing a deep understanding of partnership dynamics and market positioning.

Leadership skills: You have demonstrated ability to manage & coach people, and you have 3 years of experience as a manager.

Communication skills: You are structured and data-driven, and you are able to pitch, convince, and negotiate with high-level stakeholders.

Storyteller: You are able to articulate complex situations in a simple manner, to convey meaningful messages & communicate efficiently

Mastery: You master business planning and are great at project management and stakeholders coordination

Languages: You are fluent in Italian and English.
