Job description

As a Lead Artist, you will BE leading our studio's art team, goals and collaboration between disciplines to push our games to the next level in the industry.

Responsibilities :
Collaborate with Art / Producer team leadership to assist and develop artistic & professional level quality for the games Virtuos is working on.
Provide regular artistic guidance, constructive criticism & critical feedback to concept and 3d artists, ensuring that all art teams are producing assets that meet the overall visual style and quality bar.
Collaborate with other Artists to find the best solutions to all major technical and/or creative challenges facing the art team.
Adapt to different type of projects in terms of their technical needs as well as artistic styles.
Pro-actively identify and resolve risks to both the project and outsource pipeline and ensure that all security measures are in place.
Collaborate with tools and engine teams to continually improve upon our custom workflows and technology.
