Présentation du contexte
As a major player in the transformation of the businesses, the AFKL Digital Finance & Procurement (DFP) department is in charge of accelerating the digital transformation of the Finance & Procurement areas of the AFKL Holding through initiatives and proposals.
In close collaboration with businesses and strategic entities of the AFKL group, DFP department :
- Develops the business roadmap and its execution
- Transforms business activities through projects, process optimization, new tools' implementation, and supports them (change management, incident handling, training)
- Ensures service continuity in the best conditions for the performance, taking into account major deadlines (budget, accounting closing, consolidation, production and publication of results, etc.)
- Accelerates digital transition (data analytics, robotics, data driven transformation - data lake, etc.)
As a sum up, DFP department brings functional and technological support to AFKL, AF and KL Finance & Procurement businesses (Management Control, Economics of lines, Accounting Affairs, Consolidation, Treasury, Taxation, Purchasing, Audit & Internal Control, etc.) to ensure regular and optimized operations with innovative solutions and to meet the group ambitions.
To do so, DFP department relies on mixed AF KL teams (internal and external), manages a budget, and handles ad-hoc communication.
Description de la mission
Within the AFKL Digital Finance & Procurement (DFP) department, you will report to the Information Manager of the Accounting domain.
As AF Product Owner Accounting, you will BE the main interlocutor of our internal customers, from :
1) other AFKL DFP domains (Corporate, Controlling, Procurement),
2) AF Accounting Departments
3) Information Systems management team (SAP AF Center of Expertise),
Description of your main regular activities :
- Lead or participate in the management of projects and developments, manage achievements/implementations, ensure product qualification, address change management and training management
- During projects, ensure good coordination with the business and IT, communicate regularly on progress, participate in change management
- Support the business and guarantor with them of the information and its traceability
- Ensure the follow-up and handling of anomalies in production until their resolution
- Participate to the monthly accounting closures in coordination with the other DFP domain
- In charge of the tools continuity
- Ensure the specifications delivery

Profil recherché
- Master degree Bac +5), amongst top Engineering or Business French Universities / Schools
- Finance speciality / option
- More than 5 years of SAP profesionnal experience
Need to have :
- Knowledge in SAP
- Strong analyzis skills
- Fluent in English

- Knowledge on S4HANA implementation project
