In order to sustain our continuous expansion drive, we are currently looking for a colleague to join our “RC-Service” Team. Responsable du Contrôle (“RC”) Your areas of responsibility: Act as appointed Responsable du Contrôle ("RC") for managed companies ("SICAV”) Define and review regularly SICAV's AML/CFT framework (i. e. policy, risk appetite statement, risk assessment) Monitor AML/CFT activities in the funds, conduct on-site visits with asset managers, transfer agents and other service providers Collect and evaluate relevant key performance indicators (KPIs) Preparation of periodical, ad-hoc and annual reports on the RC's activities, recommendations and irregularities identified Co-operate with the SICAV's Responsable du Respect ("RR") and participate in board meetings to present AML status Be the privileged contact person for the competent authorities regarding AML/CFT issues as well as first point of escalation for any AML/CFT-related issue of the SICAV Your skills and experience: Ideally a successfully completed degree in business administration, economics or (business) law Experience in the fund industry is vital Solid knowledge of Luxembourg fund related legislation and regulation in terms of AML/CTF Four to five years of experience in a similar role and/or transfer agency, portfolio management or audit background in connection with corresponding AML activities Proficiency in understanding customer requirements and concerns, with the ability to identify and implement effective solutions Reliability, resilience, self-initiative, solution- and customer service skills are essential core competencies Familiarity with common office tools Fluent in English with the ability to speak confidently in public – any other language is considered an advantage What we offer: Employees at our company are encouraged to work independently, show commitment and be supportive.
