Part of our Global Business Solutions, Commercial Center of Excellence Legal Team, you will BE responsible for leading and negotiating a broad range of large and complex commercial agreements for our Europe, Middle, East and Africa (EMEA) region, as well as ongoing improvement of our global contracting processes, systems, tools, and guidelines.

About the role
- Draft, evaluate, redline, and negotiate commercial agreements, including sales, partnering, and procurement.
- Work cross-functionally with sales, finance, product line management, operations, and other internal subject matter experts to ensure that contractual terms are compliant with company policies and risk preferences.
- Optimize contract templates and develop negotiating playbooks and training material.
- Suggest and implement improvements to make our contracting processes more efficient.
- Advise senior management on commercial contract-related matters.
- Perform other key commercial-related duties as may BE required from time to time.

Travel : up to 10% for team and business meetings. - You are a qualified attorney from Master of Laws (LLM) program of a reputable university in a European country.
- You are fluent in French & English. Any other European language would BE an advantage.
- You justify of a solid track record of post-qualified experiences, drafting and negotiating complex multielement solution sales agreements and supporting agreements with strategic partners, as well as experience advising business teams and assessing legal risks in public tenders.
- Your past / current roles developed your expertise in supporting sales of software, professional services, SaaS and/or managed services. This experience has been gained in multinational companies and/or law firms working with multinational clients.
- You justify experience in creating and managing process improvement projects from start to finish, including communicating with team members and stakeholders throughout the duration of the project.
- Detail-oriented with excellent analytical skills, you are capable of identifying and anticipating potential issues and developing workable solutions.
- You demonstrate a high level of personal integrity and professional ethics on a daily basis.
- You demonstrate superior communication, negotiation, people, and organizational skills, and is comfortable and confident in dealing directly with customers, sales teams, and all levels of management.
