Technical Presales Director France

The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the Pre-sales teams' operations and strategies. The ideal candidate for this position will obtain and expand the company's business relationships. We are looking for candidates with a solid technical understanding of the company and its products compiled and with a sociable and outgoing personality to build relationships with potential clients. You will be responsible for managing presales teams to support the sales cycle in establishing product marketing strategies and solutions in France.
· You establish steady relationships with French key customers,
· You elevate the product brands of the company, knowing the technical background of the company and industry
· You seize opportunities to organize technology discussions and seminars on a certain scale, showcase and elevate the product brands of our company,
· You promote the project implementation of the Representative Office and submit to the General Manager and the Manager of the Technology Department the summary of the work on the key carrier of that month and the working plan for next month and report timely major events.
· You define Fixed Network (including OLT, ODN, and CPE) product marketing strategy, considering market trends, customer and competitor moves
· You ensure ZTE FN products and solutions comply with RFx specifications and technical discussions with customers
· You analyze competitor"s technology and product bench-marking
· You identify key customer requirements and communicate them to ZTE Product Management and R&D teams to make sure these requirements are taken into account for future planning.
· You manage technical pre-sales support to sales management including product design, proposal drafting, 3rd party certification, and testing support, etc.
· You jointly establish and ensure the achievement of yearly KPIs for regional market activities and TOP projects.
· Good communication skills
· Good project management skills, proven track record of business development and account management within large organizations
· Business travel to other countries when necessary.
· Fluent in English and French
