Distribution Account Manager (f/m/div)

Job description
In your new role you will:
- Strive to achieve the distribution sales revenue targets and demand creation objectives to grow our market share in your assigned area;
- Build and maintain strong and trustful relationship with the distribution partners through regular visits at distributors branch offices and their major end customers;
- Promote our solutions and organize products trainings for our distribution partners to maximize their share of mind for Infineon;
- Ensure distributor’s and end customer’s satisfaction in terms of delivery performance;
- Coordinate all required actions with all involved parties (Field Application Engineers, Regional Distribution Marketing, Product Marketing) to win new customers/projects.
- Support all Marketing & Communication programs (Push programs, Distribution seminars, exhibitions...);
- Regularly report to Infineon management and divisions on market news, projects progress and critical issues.
Your Profile
Strong communication skills are your outstanding strength and you know how to build positive and lasting relationships. With your result-oriented mindset, you always have to consider the impact of your actions . In addition, you must have a clear vision of how your ideas and innovation contribute lead to success. You should have a strong team spiri t and proactively exchange your knowledge and experience within the team.
You are best equipped for those tasks if you have:
- A degree in Electronics engineering, electrotechnical engineering, Semiconductor Technology or a similar field;
- 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in sales, application engineering or marketing in the Semiconductor Sales environment;
- Strong drive, motivated and self-reliant behav ior as well as the ability to manage complex situation and solve problems with several stakeholders;
- Fluent in French and good English level. German is a plus.
