ROLE: CRM Cum Front office manager
SALARY: MAX UPTO 50K PF Insurance Mediclaim BONUS
LOCATION: Prabhadevi (Just 1 KM away from Railway St.)
TIMINGS: 8:00AM to 5:00PM (Sunday Fixed OFF)
Qualification: Any Graduate
Experience: Min 2 years exp in front office operations & CRM
Objective of the Job
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing and managing front office executives ensuring exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with our clients.
ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage a team of front office executives.
Provide guidance support and training to ensure the team delivers exceptional customer service.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients.
Understand client needs and ensure effective communication between clients and the organization.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients addressing their inquiries concerns and feedback.
Monitor and evaluate the performance of front office executives.
Implement performance improvement plans as needed.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Preferred Skills Proven experience in client relationship management or a similar role.
Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
Problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
