We are working with an awardwinning online CFDs & Forex trading platform. Together were looking for an Englishspeaking Sales Retention Agent for their office in Limassol.
Position: Sales Retention Agent
Location: Limassol Cyprus
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: Base salary commissions
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Promote the companys products and services on the European/UK market
- Develop and maintain relationships with prospective and existing clients
- Convert high quality leads into longlasting customers
- Increase chances of future sales
- Ensure clients receive the highest level of service at any moment given
- Keep up to date with the financial markets
REQUIREMENTS:
- Professionally fluent in English both oral and written
- Be based within commuting distance to Limassol
- Previous experience in same or similar role from Forex & CFD Industry (at least 6 months worth within the last 1218 months)
- Computer savviness
- Ability to work with deadlines & targets
- Management and mathematics skills
- Great objectionhandling skills
