We are seeking a Grant Project Manager , based in Cachan (near Paris) to join our R&D team. 

This will be an amazing opportunity to build a Grant strategy and processes since 
Abbelight collaborates closely with academic research.

The Grant Project Manager  will report to the R&D Director.

Your key responsabilities

• Collection, verification, compilation, and submission of all documents related to open grants (contracts, budgets, amendments, reports, personnel and inventory lists, etc.)
• Management and establishment of national and international collaborations
• Project budget management
• Determination of grant amounts required based on the project
• Exploration of new funding/grant opportunities
• Management of deliverables and milestones
• Definition, development, implementation, and management of a strategy to secure funding
• Ensuring smooth flow of information with internal teams and partners
• Ensuring compliance with deadlines for financial and narrative reports

Your qualifications :

- Must-have : 

• You have a successful significant experience in project management and a first experience in grant management or fundraising.
• You are proactive, rigorous, organized, and have good analytical skills.
• You have the ability to work in a team and manage multiple processes and milestones simultaneously.
• You have excellent interpersonal skills, both in oral and written communication.
• You are comfortable managing a budget and have basic accounting knowledge.
• Fluency in English, both oral and written, is highly recommended.
• Knowledge and/or interest in the scientific field or biotechnology are a big plus.
