Job Location: Boulogne-Billancourt, France

Who are we looking for?

• We are looking for a challenge-driven legal counsel to join our team in Huawei Technologies France!

What do we expect from you?

• Providing legal support to our team on a variety of matters, such as:
• Cloud Computing and/or renewable energy sector
• Telecom
• Compliance
• Drafting, reviewing and negotiating various agreements:
• Sales Contracts
• Procurement Agreements
• Participation agreements
• Providing a strong support to the Huawei Compliance Program in a lot of different topics:
• Labor,
• Environment,
• Anti-Bribery (Sapin 2), …
• Handling disputes

What are our requirements?

• Fully qualified lawyer
• At least 3 years" experience as Legal Counsel in a national/international company or as a lawyer in a law firm,
• Excellent drafting, analytic and negotiation skills with a strong commercial sense and flexible hands-on approach,
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English (legal English) and French,
• Able to work autonomously and proactively
• Scientific background is appreciated,
• Keen to be challenged in a fast-paced, commercial environment with multinational staff,
