Title – Application Support Engineer (French Speaking)
Base – up to 60,000€ + 10% bonus
Location – Paris or London
Flexibility – Hybrid, 3 days a week in office

Orbis has partnered with an exciting payment orchestration company working with large enterprises, such as Glovo and Bolt, to optimise their revenue.
They were founded in 2016 and have since then been acquired by an exciting multi-national Fintech organisation specialising in payment platforms valued at over 40€ billion.

Role Summary

As an Application Support Engineer, you will be joining the Merchants experience team, bridging the gap between the Merchants and the Technology team.

Key responsibilities

• Contribute to the definition and shaping of the merchant care function
• Support key customers, bridging the gap between the customers and the technology
• Investigate and resolve issues raised to the team
• Develop tools to automate support tasks and continuously improve support processes

Experience required

• Fluency in French, preferably to a native or full bilingual level
• High level of motivation and passion, with a curious and problem-solving nature
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, ambitious, and small team
• Experience working with APIs and logs management tools such as APIs, Restful APIs, and Postman
• 2-3 years of experience within a product-focused technical support role
