Job description

Office Manager and Management Assistant

Tasks

· Calendar Management by arranging meetings, appointments and travel plans
· Support management communication by drafting and proofreading e-mails, support in taking meeting notes & prepare agendas and presentations

· Conducting research and gathering information to support executive projects and initiatives

· Support to build and maintain positive client relations

· Provide office guests with a hospitable experience

· You are the local contact point for the operation manager and oversee the office management activities

· Manage the administrative activities within the office

· Assist in the onboarding of new employees

· Lead small initiatives to improve office management

· Collaborate with suppliers concerning office needs
