Job description
The VIE will be assisting with the development and delivery of the Technology Risk Management, Information Security and Data Privacy programmes to ensure compliance in the UK as well as with local Risk, IT, Compliance and business application owners. Ensuring local policies and standards are applied consistently across all Natixis London Branch.
Assisting with the delivery of Information Security with a focus on:
- Assessing and classifying data, such as assisting with risk assessments and establishing Confidentiality Integrity and Availability (CIA) basis for review.
- Monitoring and reviewing alerts for systems, evaluate and triage, as necessary.
- Assisting with the creation of local security documentation (Policies, Standards, Guidelines, and reporting).
- Assisting with the design and delivery of Cyber Security awareness training to staff.
- Assisting with the implementation and the maintenance of the Technology Risk Management framework by:
- Providing oversight and independently challenging the 1LoD through an effective, objective assessment is evidenced and documented.
- Challenging the quality and sufficiency of the 1LoD risk activities.
- Identifying and assessing current and emerging technology risks and controls.
- Monitoring the adequacy and effectiveness of the mitigation systems.
- Aggregate and share results across control areas to identify similar events, patterns, or broad trends.
- Be responsible for the capture of essential information of a meeting - key points of discussions, decisions and assigned actions.
- Assisting with the delivery of Data Privacy ensuring the UK is compliant with DPA & UK GDPR requirements by:
- Conducting Data Subject Access Requests when required.
- Performing Data Privacy Impact Assessments.
- Assisting and advising staff on privacy matters.
- Attending EMEA Privacy Committee meetings.
- Assisting with the design and the delivery of Data Privacy awareness training to staff Bachelor's degree or penultimate year student Self-motivated: enthusiasm and aspiration to learn and develop Team spirit, commitment, and flexibility Organised, methodical, and flexible, ability to investigate perceived or actual issues.
