Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses
Assist patients with activities of daily living such as bathing dressing and feeding
Perform patient assessments and report changes to healthcare providers
Administer medications orally topically by injection or through IV infusion
Monitor patients vital signs and symptoms
Assist with medical procedures such as suture removal gastric lavage and dialysis
Provide emotional support and patient education
Maintain accurate patient records
Qualifications:
Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or relevant certification
Strong patient care skills and attention to detail
Experience in home care or longterm care facilities is a plus
Ability to handle stressful situations with empathy and professionalism
Proficiency in medication administration and inhalation therapy
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
