Job description
Role Purpose :
The Analyst Compensation & Benefits supports the Compensation & Benefits team in the execution and governance of compensation & benefits policies and procedures.
Responsibilities :
1) Compensation & Benefits policy execution
Provides recommendation on execution of compensation and benefits policies to the business
Supports the Business Service Teams in analysing the impact on compensation for individuals in accordance with the C&B policies
Monitors compliance with these policies of offers prepared by the sub-regional / local HR representatives
Support the Manager Reward & Systems and VP Talent & Rewards with the roll out of global compensation & benefits policies and practices
2) Annual Compensation Review
Manage the annual compensation review cycle through the HR systems and according to the global compensation review approach for all salaried employees
3) Benchmarking Surveys
Liaise with the Country Servicing HR representatives to collect data for participation to annual surveys from benchmark data providers at group level.
4) Audit & Reporting
Conduct frequent data control audits on employee data in cooperation with the Analyst HRIS , striving for 100% data accuracy in the HR systems.
5) Cost Analysis
Analyses costs and competitive trends in cash compensation and benefits programs and identifies the organization's position.
Prepare up to date analysis on employment cost
Assist in preparation of the people cost budget
Be responsible for the consolidation on people cost budget and monthly monitoring of actual people costs
Provide analytical insights in people cost evolution enabling the organizational management to take data and facts based decisions.
6) Compensation & Benefits Data Management
Responsible for entering and tracking requested salary changes through the approval process
Responsible for maintaining employee salary and benefit data in the HRIS system in cooperation with the local teams
