SCIB Syndicated Loans is looking for an Analyst, based in our Madrid office.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING

As an Analyst, you will support more senior colleagues in the origination and execution of Corporate Lending transactions with non CIB clients.

We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Credit analysis of opportunities including financial projections and profitability metrics
- Defense of the opportunity in the relevant internal committees
- Term Sheet / Financial Offer elaboration
- Manage external advisors
- Coordination of Middle Office/ Back Office as well as all other internal departments involved in the closing
- Reporting of credentials, LTs etc.
- Elaboration of case studies


EXPERIENCE
- No experience required. It will be valued previous experience in debt origination and structuring 

EDUCATION
- Economics, Business Administration degree, engineering or similar. Desirable MBA or MSc in Finance or similar
- Strong willingness to her/his continuous self-education of both financial and credit analysis skills as well as Market and Regulatory trends. Studying CFA, FRM, or similar would be well considered

SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Financial Modelling
- Languages: Spanish (fluent), English (fluent); other languages valued 
- Knowledge of how capital markets and derivatives work in practice would be beneficial 
- Risk assessment and mitigation
- Strong origination / commercial capabilities, as well as negotiation skills
