The Senior Tax Manager - EMEA reports to the Director of Tax Operations and will work closely with the Director of Global Tax Planning and International Tax. This role is responsible for the EMEA foreign income tax provision reporting packages, coordination of the income tax compliance for the EMEA region, income tax controversy arising in our EMEA region, and ensure compliance with Align’s global transfer pricing policies. The Senior Tax Manager EMEA will coordinate with the local accounting teams in EMEA and collaborate directly with the income tax provision and financial reporting team in the US to prepare income tax calculations (e.g. provision to return reconciliation, quarterly income tax provision calculations, transfer pricing computations, etc.). The ideal candidate will have the ability to work independently with the local accounting teams, coordinate with local tax advisors, and collaborate with the global corporate tax team located in San Jose, California of a US-based multi-national corporation.
