Job description
Localsoft, S.L. is a world-class localization company offering translation, testing and audio services. From our headquarters in the Málaga TechPark, in Spain, we operate both locally and internationally with clients from many different business areas including Games.
We are expanding and currently hiring an experienced and dynamic full-time Recruiter for the Video Games vertical to work in our Malaga HQ with English as our main language of communication.

Role
As a Recruiter you will be accountable for the full recruitment cycle from advertising to hiring, working independently as well as with a team and successfully resolving our multilingual recruitment needs in a fast-paced work environment where constant changes are part of our daily routine. Your daily work consists of sourcing, selecting, and resourcing the best people for our temporary positions.
Requirements
- EU work permit and availability to perform from our Málaga HQ
- English with full working proficiency, other languages are a plus
- Excellent phone manners and ability to talk to people in a relaxed and professional manner
- Able to work with tight deadlines in a deadline-driven environment with constant changes and rescheduling
- Outstanding communication and organization skills
- Outstanding negotiation skills including the ability to secure suitable people
- Ability to anticipate upcoming issues, think outside the box finding solutions for complex unexpected situations for placements/replacements and other changes
- Capacity to work independently as well as in a team
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a good team player
- Positive, problem-solving attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
- Experience recruiting testers, translators, interpreters, or similar is desired
- Experience recruiting in a fast-paced environment is desired
- Experience recruiting international candidates for Spain is a plus
- IT literacy: MS Office, Outlook, Internet, Social Networks
- Flexibility with timetables, schedules and client requests
Responsibilities
- Follow company policy and values, adhere to existing procedures and create new ones
- Accountable for the complete recruiting cycle from advertising to hiring
- Successfully recruit and resolve both temp and staff recruitment needs in a timely manner
- Expand database with local and international candidates and maintain it updated and accurate including regular feedback
- Constantly look for new sources (local and global), network and advertise
- Have backups available at all times
- Prepare and coordinate administration related tasks in a timely manner with all the departments involved, keeping all stake holders on the same page
- Keep candidates interested in our company and projects by staying in touch and informing them about potential and upcoming projects
- Timely reporting
- Other related tasks
