Job description

This role is a great opportunity for someone with leadership experience in managing multiple sites, and a passion for working with children.

About the role

Reporting to a Regional Director, you will manage the workforce in your portfolio, including rostering, casual and agency utilisation, and manage planned and unplanned staffing gaps to meet ratio requirements. This role requires you to be a Nominated Supervisor.

You will:

• Effectively manage a small portfolio of OSHC services
• Ensure quality and compliance in service delivery, and work with your team towards excellent rating and assessment outcomes
• Lead and manage Service Coordinator training, performance, and development
• Minimise risk and manage safety in services
• Manage rosters to ensure effective utilisation of team members to ensure engagement and retention

Who are we looking for?

We can teach you about the job and JAG, but a few basics you need to have:

• Minimum Diploma qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Diploma in Children’s Services), or have completed minimum 2 years of full time study in a relevant field
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with children in a leadership position
• Current and valid Working with Children Check, or state required check
• Current driver's license is required
