The role is based in Spain, Barcelona. Key ResponsibilitiesManage the pre-onboarding, post-boarding and off boardingPurchases flight tickets, books accomodation, purchase devicesEnsures all the documentation relevant to the country of residence is completedEnsures the employee enrollment into relevant country activities - coworking/chat channelsCoordinates the return of equipment in case of off boardingLegalization and EmploymentAdvises current employees on possible relocation optionsCoordinates communication between the employee and the agencyConsults employees over documents and local labor lawsAssists employees in obtaining documents necessary to get employment or for legalizationKeeps the employee relocation list up to dateKeeps track of the employee's relocation budgetDay to day Queries/policiesIssues certificates for employees on request (employee confirmation, salary certificate, etc)Assists on employees business trips conductionSearches for and maintains a comfortable environment in the hub officeEngagementOn request, People Partners provides information on local holidays and celebrationsSearches for contractors, venues and other things needed to organize the eventCoordinates the event in the location under their supervisionResolves emerging issues on the groundActs as a Culture representative on the ground and supports all the events. Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseProven Experience in a similar position in a faced-past environmentProven experience with relocation process requestedStrong organization skills with the ability to manage many topics at the same timeExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholdersAbility to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
