A newly created permanent full-time “Vendor Support Manager” position is now available within our Commercial team at Metro Markets GmbH.
In this role, you will be working with a dynamic and multination team that’s primarily focused on supporting our Vendors. Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Helping new vendors to onboard to our marketplace in Spain and/or other countries
- Support vendor on integrating via EDI, API or other interfaces to our system
- Driving results in a cross-functional environment
- Support monitoring the delivery performance of vendors that are already live in our marketplace
- Serving as the first point of contact for vendor service escalations
- Contributing to the definition and design of tools, standard operating procedures and processes.

You've got
- Team player and strong service & problem-solving mindset.
- Excellent time-management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills.
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Tech-savvy, interested in learning more.
- Strong and proven relationship management skills.
- Fluent/Native level communication skills in Spanish and English (essential).
- Any additional European languages would be beneficial.
