We are looking forAt least 15 years of experience in data management for operations, technology, and governance in finance industries. Proven work experience as a CDO or similar senior role in data management. C-level credibility and demonstrated track record of driving data-driven decision-making and business insights. Strategic thinker with a proactive and innovative approach to data management. Technological academic background. Strong leadership and stakeholders’ management skills and the ability to inspire a culture of data-driven decision making. Experience in wealth management operations. Strong knowledge of data security, privacy, and compliance with data protection regulations. Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to articulate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Your role in the teamDesigning and executing the company's data strategy and roadmap, including data governance, data quality, and data management. Collaborating with business stakeholders to identify data needs and drive data-driven decision-making. Leverage expertise establishing a strong data-driven approach to decision-making across the organization. Implementing data governance frameworks and monitoring data quality and integrity. Driving data innovation and analytics initiatives to uncover business insights and opportunities. Leveraging modeling techniques to identify, analyze and present actionable data to drive business decisions. Establishing data policies and procedures to ensure data security, privacy, and compliance with regulations. Leading and managing data teams, including data analysts, data engineers, and data scientists. Staying abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to leverage data for competitive advantage. Spearhead the data and information strategy for the organization. Establish a culture within the organization sharing data and making informed decisions to improve future business outcomes. Implement proper data analytics to identify and reduce pain points at all stages of the business operational process.
