Job description
Definition of the supply model for each material. System parameterization for correct MRP management
Negotiation of the most optimal supply system with suppliers
Analyze purchasing needs based on the sales plan and forecasts.
Preparation of the purchasing plan, minimizing costs and inventory, preserving customer service without stock outages
Daily Purchasing orders management, launch POs and confirm delivery dates.
Coordination with the production plan
Material stock management. Guarantee optimal stock to correctly attend the manufacturing program, avoiding any line stop
Coordination of the design changes with technology
Management of supplier non-conformities
Materials logistics (transportation and customs)
Required profile
Preferably an Industrial engineer specializing in electrical/electronics or organization. Other degrees as Business administration will not be ruled out.
Specialist in office tools like Data processing in Excel and SAP ERP
High leve lof English
5 years experience in purchasing and logistics
Knowledge of commercial purchasing and supply management techniques
Knowledge of Lean Methodology and Continuous Improvement
Negotiation skills, information analysis, decision-making skills
Teamwork, management and dealing with suppliers ability
Results-oriented profile, capable of making decisions in highly competitive environments without losing sight of its final objective.
Able to work under pressure with short deadlines and propose new ideas and procedures to improve results
