CRM Specialist Iberia
Madrid, Spain
As a CRM Specialist Iberia will support the channels assigned in the execution of the CRM initiatives for the Spanish and Portuguese markets.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Plan and execute the activation of customer data to develop the CRM strategy and communication plan with specific focus on email and SMS for Iberia following Global, Cluster and local guidelines.
Build weekly performance reports, benchmarks, data analysis and propose action plan to improve all KPI’s
Plan and execute A/B tests in CRM campaigns to optimize results
Develop the Data capture and client’s retention plan with special focus on stores
Follow up of marketing automation activities and results
Coordinate with the WEEU CRM Manager as well as the Marketing Manager the CRM activity
Identify business opportunities in CRM area and design and execute an action plan
Develop the loyalty program for Spain and Portugal to improve performance
Coordinate and participate in transversal projects with other areas/departments
Manage the CRM and loyalty budget
MORE ABOUT YOU
Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Marketing, Digital, Business administration or similar
Interest in lifestyle, jewelry, fashion, cosmetics, FMCG, digital
3 years of experience in a similar role
Analytical profile with special focus in mastering excel
Knowledge of customer data platforms (bloomreach, adobe, salesforce or similar)
Commercial approach
Team spirit
Spanish & English mandatory, Portuguese and French is appreciated.
