The roleAs a Product Designer, you will be focused on finding new ways to: Help Learning & Development Managers to monitor & communicate their impact in their company and activate and engage Employees in their learning journey. You will own the transition from the “problem space” to the “solution space”, working closely with PMs and with a team of incredible engineers & data analysts. You will identify new problems & opportunities through qualitative and quantitative research. You will leverage industry best practices to validate your hypotheses in a lean way (e. g. rapid prototypes, A/B tests, etc. ), and confirm that your solution is Valuable, Feasible, and Viable. Job requirementsYou have 3+ years of product design experience. Ideally in a B2B environment. You’re a strong collaborator and communicator and have experience working with PMs, engineers and other stakeholders. You have end-to-end experience in the product design life-cycle, including; market research, user interviews, usability test, developer handoff and measuring performance.
