Introduction: we are a young family seeking an energetic and organised nanny to help us care full-time for our 2 children, a girl age 3 and a little boy who is due in april 2024. about us: we are a young family from windsor, england who have relocated to sotogrande, spain recently. we enjoy spending time outside and are very keen to spend more time outdoors with the children and the help of the nanny given our move to spain. both mother and father work from home 75% of the time, the mother especially travels for business trips regularly and can sometimes be away from home, meaning extra help will be required during these times. ad hoc babysitting will also be required. given their schedules (which are flexible and frequently different from week to week) they are looking for a candidate who is also willing to be fairly flexible and potentially work their set hours in different ways each week. the elder child will also likely attend a local nursery 2 days a week. essential requirements: a passion for working with children newborn experience essential open to work in flexible shifts each week dependent on the family's schedule 35 hours of work per week proficient in first aid and cpr in case of any accidents or injuries english speaking essential spanish speaker desired checkable references for prior experience working with children of a similar age roles and duties: creative and child friendly mindset, with the ability to come up with ideas to educate and engage the children on a daily basis excellent organisation experience of newborn baby sleep routines preparing healthy meals and snacks for the toddler keeping all areas of the house clean and tidy especially the children's areas, encouraging them to help you tidy up tending to all children's laundry
